1. Believe someone’s true colors the first time you see them.
2. Low self-esteem heightens tolerance.
When you don’t recognize what you’re worth, you’re more likely to put up with things you don’t deserve.
3. Low self-esteem lowers your standards/boundaries.
When you don’t recognize what you’re worth, you’re more likely to compromise your values simply for acceptance or love. Not everyone deserves access to you.
4. Motivation is overrated!
I struggle with motivation. I need something stronger to help me perservere.

9. Controlled losses:
This is a concept I came up with to describe taking small L’s to avoid a big one. For example, I’d rather get a B or C in a class than get an F in my mental health. Yeah, I missed out on an A, but I’m not miserable.

11. I love bagels for breakfast.
12. My perfectionism kept me from getting a lot done.
Whew, I could probably do a whole post on this. And I just might. Don’t let what you’ve imagined in your head keep you from reality.

21. My toxic trait is holding things in…
Still working on it.
22. God gave me a gift for writing!
This isn’t my first blog! And I have a book on the way. (Stay tuned).
